The staff was very friendly and helpful, they tried to make it so that we're happy with everything. The hotel just opened a lobby bar and the people working there are very involved into making you feel welcome. We really appreciated that. The room was super clean and very quiet, the bed was comfy and we had a thermostat to set the temperature. I mean everything was perfect. When we left in the morning, even the maids were super friendly and asked us if we enjoyed our stay. In front of the hotel there's a 24/7 store where you can find absolutely everything. Also there are many cabs waiting around in front, so you won't have a problem getting a ride to wherever you need to go. The distance from the hotel to center of Craiova is around 10 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. All in all we were very pleased to stay here and we will 100 % book here again when in Craiova.

We needed just a stay for the night with 24 hours reception, as we arrived very late from Bulgaria. Nice spacious room with a modern bathroom. The hotel is outside city centre, but it was great for our purpose, as we had a car and were heading for another destination next morning. The night receptionist spoke English well, and the parking was alright.

Very clean and confortable room. The heating system and hot water worked perfect, the room was already heated when we arrived. The amenities and the design of the room are not for a 3* hotel, but 4*. Congrats Craiovita Hotel!

Clean and comfortable room, good facilities, didn't use the pool, good food, good location, but mostly ok, will come back if travelling again to Craiova
